Ms. Epstein is a partner in Ivins, Phillips & Barker's Employee Benefits Group. Her broad practice includes plan drafting and client counseling on fiduciary and compliance issues. She has significant experience with benefits issues that arise in acquisitions and dispositions. While Ms. Epstein spends most of her time on qualified plan issues, she also has experience with deferred compensation and welfare benefit issues.
Ms. Epstein graduated with honors from both Harvard Law School (1993) and Stanford University (1988). Following law school, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Suzanne B. Conlon, Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois Bar, and the District of Columbia Bar.
