Ms. Occhuizzo is an associate with Ivins, Phillips, & Barker. She joined the firm in 2006 and practices in the areas of employee benefits and tax planning.
Ms. Occhuizzo received her LL.M. in Taxation, with distinction, from Georgetown University Law Center in 2004, where she was a Graduate Tax Scholar. She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Notre Dame Law School in 2002, and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Bethel College in 1999. Before joining the firm, she served as a law clerk to the Hon. L. Paige Marvel of the United States Tax Court. Ms. Occhuizzo is admitted to the Bar of the District of Columbia and the Bar of Pennsylvania.
