Mr. Chang is an associate with Ivins, Phillips and Barker. He joined the firm in 2003. His practice focuses on employee benefits and deferred compensation matters as well as estate planning, with an emphasis on charitable giving and tax-exempt organization issues.
Mr. Chang received his J.D. from Yale Law School in 2003, where he was a Senior Editor for the Yale Law Journal and a student director of the Nonprofit Organizations Clinic. He received an A.B., magna cum laude, from Harvard College in 2000. He is admitted to the Bar in the District of Columbia and New Jersey.
