Jeffrey E. Moeller is a partner in the Washington office of Ivins, Phillips & Barker, where he specializes in corporate tax planning and transactional matters. Known for his innovation and creative solutions to problems balanced carefully with conservative protection of clients' long-term interests, he has structured and negotiated mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other transactions valued in excess of one-hundred billion dollars. Mr. Moeller also has extensive experience handling audit and controversy matters and the research tax credit. He conducts frequent seminars in his areas of expertise.
