Danielle Rolfes has been selected to serve as a vice-chair to the ABA Tax Section’s Foreign Lawyers Forum. Comprised of attorneys from the tax bars of various foreign countries, this ABA Tax Section committee offers perspectives on the effects of existing or contemplated U.S. tax laws on U.S. trade partners. The committee also looks at changes in tax laws that may be of interest to international investors and tax practitioners.
Ms. Rolfes will be moderating an international tax panel at the 2010 May meeting of the ABA Tax Section.
