IPB's Linda Kotis Publishes Article on Trust Modifications

IPB Counsel Linda Kotis's article,"Modification Mania: Avoid Trust Code Trip-Ups and Draft Documents to Facilitate Change," was published by Leimberg Information Services in its Estate Planning Newsletter on October 31. In the article Linda offers "pro tips" on drafting new irrevocable trusts that can facilitate later changes and avoiding issues with state trust codes that may derail the modification process.
