Robin Solomon Hosts Employment Issues Panel at WIPL 2020

IPB partner Robin Solomon moderated a panel entitled "Novel Employment Issues," at the 2020 Women, Influence & Power in Law (WIPL) conference, held virtually during the last week of October. Panelists were Emily Knoles from Delicato Family Wines, Kirsten Hotchkiss from American Express Global Business Travel, Amanda Happle from Patagonia, Rachel Lubert from JDC (The Joint), and Jenna Musselman Yott from Able Services.

The panel discussed employment issues raised by the COVID-19 pandemic and its accompanying economic fallout, as well as other issues arising in 2020, including paid leave, furloughs, workplace activism, the pandemic's disproportionate impact on women in the workplace and more.
