Robin Solomon Writes About Novel Employment Law Issues for Corporate Counsel

IPB Benefits & Compensation partner Robin Solomon published an article in the February issue of Corporate Counsel Magazine entitled, "Practical Solutions to Novel Employment Law Issues." Based on material covered in a panel she chaired at the 2020 Women, Influence & Power in Law (WIPL) conference, the article discusses employment issues raised by the COVID-19 pandemic and its accompanying economic fallout, as well as other issues arising in 2020, including paid leave, furloughs, workplace activism, the pandemic's disproportionate impact on women in the workplace, and offers some best practice ways to address them, using examples from Patagonia, American Express Global Business Travel, and others.
