The Ivins, Phillips & Barker Diversity Scholars Program welcomes applications from all first-year law students with a demonstrated commitment to diversity, a record of academic achievement, and an interest in exploring careers in our practice areas. Members of historically underrepresented groups in the legal profession are encouraged to apply. Applicants for the 2024 Diversity Scholars Program must submit application materials between December 1, 2023 and January 31, 2024, while enrolled in their first year of law school. One Diversity Scholar will be selected in early 2024 and will complete a paid 2024 summer associate position at the firm's Washington, D.C. office.
