Mindy Herzfeld Quoted in Washington Post on Biden's Tax Plan

IPB attorney and Professor of Tax Practice and Director of the LL.M. in International Tax program at the University of Florida Mindy Herzfeld was quoted in the article "Biden proposals may not guarantee all Fortune 500 corporations pay federal income taxes, experts say," in The Washington Post.

The article investigates whether the Biden administration's proposed federal tax increases will actually reduce the number of  corporations paying $0 in U.S. federal taxes.

Consulted along with other leading voices in tax, “The administration is posing this as a big and serious problem,” said Mindy Herzfeld, a tax expert at the University of Florida. “Tax experts question whether it is, and it’s also unclear from what they’ve put out whether their plans would address it.”
