Pat Smith Participates in Panel on Reg Challenges at Federal Bar Association Tax Conference

IPB attorney Pat Smith participated in a panel on challenges to the validity of tax regulations at the Federal Bar Association Tax Conference on March 5, 2020. The moderator of the panel was Ed Froehlich of Morrison & Forster, and the other members of the panel were former IRS Chief Counsel Donald Korb, now with Sullivan & Cromwell, Emily Lesniak, from the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, and former Justice Department attorney Starling Marshall, now with Crowell & Moring.
