IPB Benefits & Compensation partners Jodi Epstein and Ben Grosz gave the "Legislative & Regulatory Update" at Plansponsor's 2020 Best of National Conference on Wednesday, November 4. Their presentation encompassed a wide range of issues including: amendments to the SECURE Act and CARES Act, IRS updates, ESG investing in retirement, private equity in retirement plans, and litigation lessons for plan sponsors and committees.
