IPB partners Kevin O'Brien and Jodi Epstein were featured speakers at the In-house Benefits Counsel Network's National Forum on October 2nd in New York. Their "Hot Topics" presentation covered a discussion of post-TCJA fringe benefit issues, open questions about plan and participant data, developments in HSAs, 162(m) executive compensation issues, and tax liability insurance.
